Payment must be completed before the tour begins, either online or in person as agreed.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
No-shows without prior notice will not be refunded.

Cancellation:
Our tours come with a 48-hour free cancellation policy, which means you can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the tour begins and receive a full refund.
Refund Request:
If you cancel your booking within the cancellation policy period, your refund will be processed automatically through the same payment method used to book the Buzzin Pub Crawl. The refund should appear in your account within 3-5 business days.
Event Cancellation:
In the rare event that Buzzin Pub Crawl needs to cancel your booking, you are entitled to a full refund. The refund will be processed via the same payment method you used to book the tour and should appear in your account within 3-5 business days.
