FAQ

  • No worries! All the venues take credit cards, so it’s super easy for you, you can even pay by card for the tour.
  • We stay around for about an hour at each place. The last spot stays open until morning, so you can hang out as long as you like!
  • Price includes one hour of unlimited  drinks or unlimited beer at the first venue,  welcome shots some venues, and entry top local party clubs where the party lasts until 4 AM.
  • No strict dress code for the Belgrade Pub Crawl—just go for smart-casual. Think comfy but put-together! Some bars might have their own rules, so it’s good to look presentable and keep things playful for fun night.
  • Depending Group Size ?
    If your group is fewer than 3 people, please contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram, Viber, or Telegram to confirm your booking.
  •  You may need to book one or more spots through the website.

Payment Details
Payment is to be made by card on the website.

  • Most places ask you to be at least 18. ID checks don’t happen often, but it’s a good idea to bring yours just in case— you can also take picture of your passport or ID pictures.

1. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed through our website, WhatsApp, or approved booking platforms.

  • Payment must be completed before the tour begins, either online or in person as agreed.

  • Your booking is only confirmed once payment is received and you have received a confirmation message from our team.

2. Age Restrictions

  • Participants must be 18 years or older to join our tours, unless stated otherwise.

  • A valid ID may be required before or during the tour.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

  • No-shows without prior notice will not be refunded.

4. Behavior Policy

  • We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any guest who is intoxicated, acting irresponsibly, or behaving inappropriately, without refund.

  • Guests are expected to respect the local venues, guides, other participants, and the city’s laws.

5. Safety and Liability

  • While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, participation in nightlife activities involves inherent risks.

  • Belgrade Nightlife Tours is not responsible for any injury, loss, theft, damage, or accidents that occur during the tours.

  • Guests participate at their own risk.

6. Changes and Cancellations by Us

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as venue closures, bad weather, or safety concerns.

  • In the event of a cancellation by us, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • If you prefer not to appear in any promotional material, please inform your host at the start of the tour.

Refund Policy

Cancellation:
Our tours come with a 48-hour free cancellation policy, which means you can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the tour begins and receive a full refund.

Refund Request:
If you cancel your booking within the cancellation policy period, your refund will be processed automatically through the same payment method used to book the Buzzin Pub Crawl. The refund should appear in your account within 3-5 business days.

Event Cancellation:
In the rare event that Buzzin Pub Crawl needs to cancel your booking, you are entitled to a full refund. The refund will be processed via the same payment method you used to book the tour and should appear in your account within 3-5 business days.
